BIOGRAPHY
My name is Ali Mele, I was born in Gulani Local Government in Yobe state. I studied from Primary to Diploma and now I am studying Degree program.
MY LIFE
I was a film maker and also a producer, but Boko Haram insurgency has changed my career because it has been the cause of destruction of children, women and the elderly by separating them from their relatives; children have become orphans and women have become widows, of course poverty and lack of education is the main reason for the crises.
The situation is worse than expectations, I started thinking on what to do to contribute my quarter towards the life of Orphans and these widowers due to life difficulties I realized they were facing. At last, I found a solution and decided to start helping from my mega salaries and savings. I started gaining trust and confidence from the community where identified vulnerables were seen to be attended to; under the name GULANI MEDIA CONCEPT. These has paved ways for people with liked mind for humanity to join me in the realization of the organization goals and objectives in serving humanity. As we made progress, ideas upon ideas gave birth to the name HOPE FOR STREET CHILDREN.
Donations and contribution keep on coming in form of school supplies, food items and things that generally improve lives of women, children, youth, and the elderly from well-meaning individuals who are the pioneer volunteers of the organization, culminating into the idea of having a legal name and structure for the organization as an Incorporated trustee with the name HOPE FOR STREET CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE PEOPLE FOUNDATION
The organization today is on the list of the most charitable organizations in Nigeria as a result of courage from people who are helping us. I give glory to God for sparing my life to see the realization of my dream in the humanitarian work.
